15-18 boys and 13-18 girls. 6:30-8:30pm except when Central is hosting girls’ swim meets. Practices on these nights will be from 7:00pm-8:30pm. For January, the 10th and 17th will start at 7:00pm, 24th and 31st will begin at 6:30
